Abstract:
lactic acid-calcium gluconate (CLG) was prepared with eggshell as calcium source, effects of reaction temperature and water addition on the yield and solubility of lactic acid-calcium gluconate. The experimental results show that the best calcination temperature of egg shell is 1000 ℃, calcination time is 1H; Eggshell ash 4G, 0.095mol lactic acid, 0.048mol of gluconic acid, water 70ml, temperature is 50 ℃, the reaction time of 1H is the best process conditions, the product yield is as high as 94%, and the solubility is as high as 21% at room temperature.
